Robert Half Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant in Oakland, California

Description We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Oakland, California. This role primarily revolves around the operation of non-profit and community-based programs, with a focus on enhancing the effectiveness of operations. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity and is fully based on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage non-profit programs to ensure they run smoothly and effectively

• Handle internal event planning for community-based programs

• Maintain and manage budgets for various initiatives within the organization

• Supervise staff and ensure everyone is working towards the same objectives

• Use office suite tools to maintain accurate records and data

• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders

• Operate various software such as ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, and Concur for various administrative tasks

• Manage customer relationships using CRM software

• Handle inbound calls and address customer queries promptly

• Manage calendars and schedules for efficient time management. Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish preferred

• Experience with Banner Ads is essential for promotional and marketing activities.

• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings is required for seamless virtual meetings and collaborations.

• Skilled in Concur for efficient travel and expense management.

• Knowledge of CRM systems is crucial for maintaining customer relationships and managing data.

• Competence in About Time software for effective time and project management.

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally and efficiently.

• Understanding of Budget Processes is necessary for monitoring and managing departmental budgets.

• Expertise in Calendar Management is required for scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.

• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and management.
