  • Position Overview: We're on the hunt for an Associate Product Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about making a real impact in the world of energy technology. This pivotal role involves managing talented external consultants and providing robust support to our team of seasoned Senior Product Managers. If you're ready to bring your A-game every day, to learn, adapt, and drive forward innovative projects, this is the role for you.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Act as a focal point between internal senior product mangers, designers, engineering teams and external consultants to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.

  • Manage and oversee the contributions of external engineering consultants, guaranteeing that their input meets our high standards and aligns with project timelines.

  • Provide project management prowess, handling scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Dive into market research, perform competitive analysis, and synthesize insights to empower data-driven decision-making.

  • Embrace and champion our startup culture by adapting swiftly to evolving priorities, showcasing problem-solving skills, and maintaining a positive, can-do attitude under pressure.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field required

  • Masters degree in business administration, engineering, or related field preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, product development, or similar role within consulting or energy-focused firms.

  • Familiarity with industrial internet of things (IIoT) edge-cloud architecture and technology.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight techniques.

The salary range for this position is $117,000 - $149,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
