The Associate Manager, Customer Data Analytic Insights is responsible for driving business results by influencing key decisions through an analytics-based perspective in the areas of Customer Data Analytics, Marketing Measurement and Business Intelligence. Operating with guidance from their manager and working closely with cross-functional business partners. This position also participates in driving functional excellence and building a world-class Human Insights organization. The position reports to an Analytic Insights Manager.
Advance the customer data analytics and insight s capabilities in support of business objectives
Developand maintain businessintelligence tools(visualization and reporting data model)to guide decision-making for marketing plans and achieveconsumer data business results across all brands
Drive enablement and adoption of insights tools with brand teams
Perform analysis, generate visualizations, and provide actionable insightsviadata storytellingto improve outcomes
Designand analyze test&learnsforemail andwebsite
Contribute to Data Lake, Data Warehousing, and Data Science decisions as it pertains to business intelligence, data analysis, marketing measurement and data management
Sees opportunities to innovate, lead, and champion Analytic Insights with business teams and build strong cross-functional relationships to drive business integration of insights
Contribute to the building of knowledge and technical skill among all Analytic Insights members as it pertains to business intelligence, data analysis, marketing measurement and data management
Implement best practices within Analytic Insights through standardization of methods, tools, and knowledge-sharing to maximize group efficiency and impact
Ensure full utilization and integration of existing research and consumer/market knowledge to drive strategy and tactics for category and brand portfolios.
Key Skills, Abilities, Experience and Education Required
1-3+yearsrelevantbusiness experience with Master’sin Marketing Analytics, Marketing Research, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Data Science, or related applied quantitative field
2-5+yearsrelevantbusiness experience with Bachelor’sin Marketing Analytics, Marketing Research, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics,Data Science,or related applied quantitative field
Relevant business experience must include:
Analyzing customer data (e.g.;Email, Loyalty, eCommerce, website engagement) via end-to-end analysis; problem identification, data gathering, cleaning/validation, analysis, and visualization for insight storytelling
Applied experience withdataanalysistools(e.g.;BigQuery, Azure SQL,SAS,PowerBI)

Conceptual knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) anddigital marketing automationcapabilities
Conceptual knowledge of one or more of the following:

Digital Media Analytics
Multi Touch Attribution (MTA)
Marketing Mix Modeling (MM)
