Here, you will make an impact by:Providing advanced service engineering support, including diagnosing, documenting and resolving hardware and software issues with integrated Solventum products.Developing documentation and training materials for service supportProviding project leadership on New Product Introduction (NPI)/commercialization teams to support technical service readiness for new hardware/software integrated Solventum productsTraining global service providers on hardware/software troubleshooting, repair and supportLeading the development and implementation of improvements and solutions to support service processes and toolsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in mechanical or electrical engineering from an accredited institution AND of three (3) years of hardware/software experience in a private, public, government or military environment in one or more of the following areas:Service supportTechnical supportEngineeringQualitySystem integrationOperating systemsMedical device hardware and software applicationsANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Experience working on NPI and/or commercialization projectsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience providing hardware or software technical support to customers/service providers in a technical sales and/or application engineering roleExperience developing documentation and training materials for hardware and software service supportExperience training on hardware troubleshooting and supportHealthcare, medical technology or medical device industry experiencePossesses ability to effectively communicate, present and interact with customers and/or resources from both internal and external organizationsWork location: Hybrid in Oakdale, MNTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
