Stand Up Forklift Operator

Job Description

This is a 1st shift role: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Candidates will be operating a stand-up forklift on an hourly basis. Most of their day will be spent on the forklift within a three-story warehouse moving heavy train products. These operators will be responsible for picking orders, performing safety checks, and using an RF Scan gun to keep track of each product. The warehouse is climate controlled.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift for the majority of the workday

• Move heavy train products within a three-story warehouse

• Pick and package orders accurately

• Perform safety checks on equipment

• Use an RF Scan gun to track products

Essential Skills

• 2 years of stand-up reach forklift experience.

• 2+ years of consistent work history recently to be considered

• Experience with forklift operations

• Warehouse inventory management skills

Work Environment

The warehouse is climate controlled, featuring new equipment and a clean, safe work environment. Candidates will mostly work independently, with occasional teamwork required for packaging and preparing orders for shipment

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
