You will be part of an enthusiastic and flexible Trainee team which supports both local and global manufacturing related departments. Learn how to deal with business processes and related documentations also discover the tools enabling to build business processes related to fields of Lean & BI in a large and diverse organization!

Core Responsibilities
Together with the local and global Lean & Business Intelligence teams, you'll be involved in making process documentation and support building process flows using mainly SAP Signavio and taking ownership for the things that you deliver.
Multiple deliverables around Business Processes (e.g., Process standard documentation, Process flows, Templates, Training materials, etc…)
Bring consistency into the process documentation by keeping the standard templates up-to-date
Communicate with internal stakeholders to explore their needs and keep them informed about your delivery
Take ownership over your own deliverables
Continuously improve existing deliverables with focus on efficiency and productivity
Play your part in our team succeeding
The LCI & BI in Manufacturing is a key driver for bringing improvement initiatives across the factories in Hungary, Mexico, USA, China, Denmark, and the Czech Republic. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with both global stakeholders as well as Lean & BI experts and help the business to have more clear and transparent processes!
Do you have what it takes?
You are interested in Business Process Management and its possibilities. You desire to learn more and soak up all the new information that comes your way, just as you will need to have the ability to adapt to new situations with ease. You are a great teammate but can work independently as well if needed.
Are an active full-time student at your university, perhaps within the Engineering or Economics field
Working time: 20-25 hours per week in a remote or a hybrid model, alongside with the studies
Employment period: min. 6 months
Can work structured around multiple deliverables
Process oriented mindset and willing to understand business cases, attention to detail
Are curious, quick understanding of business processes, and passionate about continuous improvement
Proficiency in English, written and oral, is required
