Fedcap MTA Driver /Messenger in NY, United States
Purpose of the Position
Provide messenger and delivery services to FDNY, MTA and Banknote locations throughout 5 boroughs of New York City.
This is a Backup Floater position and is considered Part time. Hours can range between 20-40 hours per week.
Essential Functions:
Sort mail by location.
Deliver and pickup all mail and packages at the various division locations.
Pickup and deliver department orders to all locations.
Must be ready/on call to deliver packages outside of the division
Responsible for all parking rules/EZ Pass and muni-meter app/phone provided.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have a valid NYS driver's license.
Must have driving knowledge of all 5 boroughs.
Must be cooperative and a team player
Prior driving position preferred.
