  • You have completed a degree in an engineering discipline.

  • You have relevant, several years of professional experience in the area of ​​quality management or project management.

  • As a result, you have acquired very good knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard and ideally the IATF 16949 specification.

  • You have also been able to gain specific project experience in the area of ​​electric drive technology.

  • In addition, you have knowledge of electrical engineering and have experience and a technical understanding of complex systems.

  • You can assert yourself, but find pragmatic solutions when necessary.

  • You have an analytical way of working in order to systematically work through problems.

Responsibilities

Your future is our quality – product quality management of electromobility.

  • You are responsible for planning and implementing the necessary Q measures for drive concepts and mobility solutions of the future.

  • You are responsible for quality management throughout the entire product/project life cycle of our development projects in Nuremberg

  • In international projects, you are responsible for the various methods for error prevention and risk assessment such as FMEA, review, risk analysis, 8D reports, Ishikawa and much more.

  • You analyze current quality problems and work out corrective and preventive measures together with those responsible

  • You also ensure that the defined processes are adhered to and set metrics and quality target values ​​for reporting.

  • Ensures that all issues as reported through corrective action requests, supplier corrective action requests, or nonconforming materials reports are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  • Solves highly complex quality issues as they are escalated.

  • Identifies and defines emerging or potential problems and prioritizes effective containment through work with product quality teams.

  • Identifies and works with functional areas to ensure that adequate resources are available and other issues are resolved to deliver on-time and contain costs.

  • Reviews post-implementation exercises to implement improvement suggestions and leverage identified strengths across the organization.
