In March 2021, Continental opened a factory in Novi Sad that produces advanced electronics for the automotive industry and employs over 1000 employees. The Continental factory in Novi Sad manufactures dashboards for vehicles, as well as systems for displaying information and multimedia content on screens.

• Responsible for leading Production Shift Leaders, production processes and monitor the execution of all activities/tasks to meet due dates according to client requirements

• Responsible for technical solutions of his team and performing technical development activities within the project

• Assign tasks to team members, according to their internal function, competences and capabilities, with the involvement of the direct superior

• Identifies and gives input to direct superior regarding the technical equipment needed, trainings and business trips

• Participates and generates cross functional meetings in case deviations on KPIs

• Responsible to mentor and/or coach team members on technical topics to obtain expected project results

• Participating in all steps of the hiring process of new team members when requested (e.g. partcipates in interviews as technical evaluator)

• Responsible to ensure that employees competencies and capabilities from his/her team are at the level required by the job, by setting objectives and proposing technical and soft skills trainings for his employees.

• University degree in engineering or relevant field-Prefereably Technical background

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing field

• Experience in automotive business (approx. 2 years) and understanding of automotive environment

• Cross functional experience is preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in coordinating technical activities

• Good understanding of Production KPI's

• Excelent organizational skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
