Novelis Corporation. seeks a Lead Technical Development Engineer in Novi, Michigan to Lead projects in partnership with OEM Engineering from concept to conclusion. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in aluminum sheet processing in a technical, commercial or product development role. Full term of experience must include performing statistical analysis; Performing problem identification/ resolution techniques; Working with management of change and project management Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; and Working in an Aluminum Rolling Mill in sheet rolling processes.
