Our client, a machine manufaturer is seeking a Project Manager that will manage post-sales of machines; responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from initiation to closure.

Required:

• 2 years of project management

• 2 years with CNC - manufacturing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Proficient in Project Management software, i.e. Microsoft Project, BrightWork 365

Plus to have:

-tube bending, wire forming, and/or end forming is highly preferred

-SAP S/4 HANA

-CAPM, PMP, and Six Sigma Black Belt

responsibilities:

• Lead projects from start to finish, identifying schedules, scopes, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

• Coordinate with Installation and Applications teams to manage internal and external resources, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.

• Analyze project status and adjust scope, schedule, or budget as needed to meet project requirements.

• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing updates on project status and changes.

• Report project outcomes and risks to management and escalate issues as needed.

• Assist customers with the layout of purchased equipment.

• Maintain positive customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
