Vector North America, Inc. AUTOSAR Embedded Software Engineer in Novi, Michigan
Vector is seeking to add an experienced AUTOSAR Embedded Software Engineer in embedded development and automotive software to our team. In this role, you will work with OEM and Tier1 customers using our high-demand AUTOSAR solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to combine technical and customer relationship management skills.
Position Description:
Perform AUTOSAR embedded software integration and overall project management
Guide customers use and integration of Vector embedded products through the product lifecycle (requirement, design, · development, validation, and production)
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Participation in internal, customer, supplier and OEM meetings
Develop and execute technical trainings

Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Familiar with AUTOSAR BSW and RTE, architecture, specifications, and configuration tools
Strong fundamentals programming in C, embedded system concepts, and software build process
Strong customer orientation, willingness to meet deadlines, and self-management skills
Deep passion for solving problems to resolution, including root cause analysis skill
Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic team environment
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
BS EE/CE/CS/SE or equivalent combination of education/experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of in-vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, …)
Comfortable with using lab tools (debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, …)
Experience with software engineering process models (ASPICE3, ISO26262, Agile, …)
Experience with software engineering tools (JIRA, SVN, ALM, GIT, …)
Experience with Vector products (CANoe/CANalyzer, CANape, vFlash, VT, …)
