Chenango County's Department of Public Works has an opening for a Laborer. Duties involve responsibility for performing a variety of routine manual tasks many of which require physical endurance and a willingness to perform arduous work. The work involves the performance of road and bridge maintenance and construction activities and may involve the performance of recycling and garbage transfer functions. May be assigned to perform a variety of manual tasks at the County's transfer stations or the County Landfill.<p>
