Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst in the Wholesale Distribution industry, based in Northlake, Texas, United States. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves supporting manufacturing plants and handling over 400 end users and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving equipment, setting up new equipment for onboarding users, and providing support for various applications and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for three manufacturing plants as a ground resource

• Handle equipment related to various manufacturing processes including Refrigerated Dough, Beverage Manufacturing, and Farmers Brothers Coffee

• Set up new equipment for onboarding users and move existing equipment as needed

• Utilize Microsoft SCCM to image PCs and laptops

• Provide support for M365 applications including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel

• Ensure safety by wearing a lab coat, safety shoes, and a hair/beard net when out on the manufacturing floor

• Handle hardware including Dell PCs and iPads

• Support plant manufacturing systems and provide training on proprietary applications for manufacturing equipment

• Interact with a wide range of people and manage high-demand situations with a high level of patience and excellent customer service

• Independently manage tasks while also coordinating with plant managers

• Handle tasks such as ordering new monitors for a group, imaging, and reimaging equipment. Requirements • Proven experience in Desktop Support Analyst role within the Wholesale Distribution industry

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft SCCM

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and O 365

• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing superior customer service

• Experience in Break Fix troubleshooting

• Familiarity with iPad and Dell Workstations

• In-depth understanding of Dell Technologies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows 10, and Microsoft Windows operating systems

• Experience with Apple iOS devices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
