Job Title: Lead Machine Operator

Job Description

We are hiring Lead Machine Operators to run packer head machines. Candidates will be responsible for the following: - Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements - Set stops or guides to specific lengths as indicated by scale, rule, or templates - Observe machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction - Review product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance, ensuring product meets quality requirements - Perform routine machine maintenance - Assist other Operators to set up machines and complete necessary tasks to meet deadlines and product completion - Oversee a team of 5 operators, providing assistance where needed

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Northlake, Texas.

Work Environment

Industrial manufacturing facility with open air and gravel yards. The environment can be cold in winter and hot in summer. Safety and adherence to policies are paramount.
