TOTAL REWARDS SPECIALIST

Reports to: Director, Total Rewards

Reporting into the Director, Total Rewards, this role will support the day-to-day responsibilities of IDEX’s total rewards function. The successful candidate will support IDEX benefits and compensation programs through a combination of administration, vendor management, and data and systems maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing individual to develop skills and capabilities for accelerated advancement in total rewards or other HR roles.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily administration of company’s benefits programs

  • Liaise directly with HR colleagues to resolve benefits issues

  • Administer US leave management process

  • Administer the benefit plan billing process

  • Monitor and manage benefits e-mail inbox

  • Work with outsourced benefits administration vendor on day-to-day issues

  • Administer compensation survey submission process

  • Support and administer the IDEX recognition and bonus programs

  • Assist with relocation program management

  • Liaise with vendors

  • Run standard and ad hoc reports to support department programs

  • Work on special projects as required

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 1-3 years’ experience in total reward or related human resources experience required

  • Workday experience is a plus

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES

  • Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills.

  • Organized, detail-orientated, proactive, and driven to execute high quality work on time

  • Ability to multi-task and work on various projects simultaneously keeping them on track and providing clear status updates

  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Focus on quality, and a customer service orientation

  • Proficient MS Excel skills
