Crew Leader/Assistant Construction SupervisorFull Time - Northampton Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Job Description: Provides support to the construction supervisor. Oversee and manage crew when Construction Supervisor is not on the site. Key Responsibilities: Perform work as instruction by construction project manager and construction supervisor. Oversee the safety of all personnel on site, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols and that equipment is used correctly. Facilitate clear and effective communication between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Manage construction crews, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and supervision to ensure high-quality work. Regularly inspect ongoing work to ensure that it meets all project specifications and quality standards. Ensure all construction activities comply with state and local building codes and regulations. Position Qualifications: Valid driver\'s license. Employee must be able to lift 50-100 pounds. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and five years of responsible experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair; or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience. Pay Rate: \$26.44/ hour.
