Position Summary

We are looking for a Commercialization Intern based at our North York location for the months of May 2025 to August 2025. This role will be responsible for supporting the Commercialization team on Project Management & Process Management initiatives.

A day in the life of a Commercialization Intern

As a Commercialization Intern, you will be working closely with one of the team’s Program Managers on a designated Nestle business. In this role you will develop understanding of Nestle’s organization and framework by working closely with cross functional team members.

You will also:

  • Play a key role in working cross-functionally with a whole host of stakeholders to Nestlé ensuring the successful implementation of our project execution. For example, sales, brand marketing, supply chain, finance, and production partners, to name but a few.

  • Identify areas of continuous improvement while implementing solutions to create efficiencies

  • Assist with maintaining Project Management tools, reports, and databases.

  • Develop understanding of fundamental cross functional processes which feed into Nestle’s Innovation & Renovation Commercialization Process.

As the successful candidate, you will possess a strong passion, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset, and thrive in a highly energetic and collaborative environment. Additionally, you should already possess exceptional project management and analytical skills, along with a highly organized and detail-oriented approach.

You will also be:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on Marketing, Brand Management, or Marketing Communications.

  • Involved in extracurricular activities that demonstrate leadership and initiative.

  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with strong analytical skills.

  • Skilled in building relationships with diverse internal partners and collaborating on multiple projects.

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
