Starbucks Associate Brand Manager, Delivery (6-month contract) in North York, Ontario

As an Associate Brand Manager, Delivery you will contribute to the overall growth of the delivery channel from both a business and marketing standpoint, working in close partnership with external aggregators to plan, develop and execute efforts to drive awareness, trail and repeat orders. This role will act as the subject matter expert both internally and externally for this channel.

As a Associate Brand Manager, Delivery, you will:

  • Project manage and contribute to the strategy development, planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (owned channel, paid media, external partner channels, etc.), focused on driving awareness, trial and repeat orders within the delivery channel.

  • Influences cross-functional teams , and external agencies to deliver collaborative and cohesive integrated marketing plans.

  • Key contributor to the creation of media & creative brie fs , and development of campaigns . This role will oversee how the Starbucks brand shows up in both internal and external Delivery aggregator channels, ensuring consistent look and feel.

  • Possess a test-and-learn mentality with a passion for marketingperformance tracking, gathering consumer/channel insights, analyzing program effectiveness, ultimately sharing summarized ‘so what’ based findings with internal and external leadership, and integratinglearnings into future campaigns.

  • Regularly communicates project status to leadership , cross functional teams, and agencies. Assesses issues, develops proactive recommendations, and elevates to leadership as needed.

  • Works in partnership with external partners to develop story and content for quarterly business reviews.

  • Manages external relationships and acts as the face of StarbuckswithDelivery partners.

  • Develops and manages internal and external marketing process, budgets,and monthly scorecards, while contributing to quarterly and annual financial plans.

We’d Love To Hear From People With

  • Experienced marketer: Ample marketing experience planning, and developing omni-channel marketing campaigns and tracking results – 3+ years

  • Project management : High attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, 3+ years

  • Relationship management : Experience managing external relationships, developing win-win recommendations preferably within a similar business model – 1+ years

  • Agency experience : Experience working with external agencies, writing briefs, creating Paid Media strategies, and creative development – 1+ years

  • Agil ity : Able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional, cross border team, balancing the ability to think strategically, while executing tactically.

  • Passion for number s : Strong analytical skills; comfortable drawing insights from data and experience making data-based decisions.

  • Communication : Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Customizes the message based on internal and/or external audience.

  • Persistent : Ability to solve complex problems and develop new perspective on solutions
