Solution Adoption Advisors work as a part of the Customer Engagement and Experience organization in the Intelligent Adoption and Consumption (IA&C) Centre.
The Solution Adoption team enables our customers to realise value from their SuccessFactors HXM cloud solution. This is done via a combination of subject matter expertise, business process knowledge and a thorough understanding of SuccessFactors capabilities.
Focused on Adoption and Consumption, the Solution Adoption Advisor will specialise in at least one HR domain and act as a subject matter expert, helping customers to understand what is needed to adapt or enhance their usage of existing cloud solutions through knowledge transfer, thought leadership, change management expertise, and business process guidance. The core deliverables for this role include:
Engagement with our customers to deliver the value of SAP SuccessFactors with strategic, leading practice guidance on solution usage and adoption topics focused on improved usage of the core HXM processes as well as extension, integration or reporting capabilities from the SAP Cloud platform and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Partner with internal teams (Primarily Front Office and Leadership roles) aligned to customers to identify and execute solution adoption risk mitigation plans using established methodology and ensure engagement recommendations are acted upon.
Tailor a content strategy that will allow the IA&C to drive activations by scaling and multiplying consumption and extension best practices to deliver business value through our communities and targeted Front Office engagements.
Participate and Lead programs to drive the evolution of and architect new innovations for the tooling, offerings, and playbooks, including ways to expand HXM usage and drive industry cloud adoption.
Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating internally to ensure a collective approach to overcoming commonly encountered adoption barriers
Involve yourself in your teams ongoing development, educate each other on how to be successful and strive for continual learning.
Develop characteristic-based standards for increasing activation, consumption and expansion of SAP HXM Solutions by influencing customer business processes to align with the best practices supported by SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Active team involvement in pursuing greater usage and value realization of the SAP HXM solutions by providing solution adoption expertise on how to best integrate, extend and deliver on desired business value.
Own the content development process and build a library of consumption plays and materials such as Value Accelerators for internal and external parties with the goal to
support the evolution of Outcome Success plans for SAP Cloud solutions. (HXM, Integration, Extension, Reporting)
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to credibly and adaptively present recommendations at various organizational levels, including senior stakeholders.
Broad understanding of the full suite of SAP cloud offerings, ideally an in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors specifically. Experience in development, implementation, enablement, integration, and reporting capabilities in context of how they can be used to support customer business requirements
Lead development and ideation of methods to help scale and increase the ability for SAP to grow functional insights around customers to ensure delivered business outcomes.
Plan, develop, schedule, and staff 1:1 and 1:M workshops for customers on Adoption and Consumption topics relating to HXM business capabilities, integration, reporting, and extensibility.
Use analytics and forecast capabilities in SAP Analytics Cloud from engagements and renewals data to plan and develop a proactive strategy for working with customers across the buying centres.
Education and Experience:
5 plus years of HR solution advisory experience (on cloud-based applications) with the ability to translate business problems into solution strategy and execution plans.
Experience driving client solutions with large scale software deployments (either as an internal program owner or as an external consultant).
Associate Certification preferred in at least one SAP SuccessFactors cloud product area.
