Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Order Processor in North Miami Beach, Florida. This role is in the industry of order processing, where the selected candidate will be responsible for receiving and reviewing incoming orders from customers or sales representatives, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of order information, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently input orders into the company's database or order processing system.

• Collaborate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping information, and any potential delays or issues.

• Promptly and professionally resolve order discrepancies or issues, escalating to management as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of all orders, including order status, tracking information, and customer communications.

• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock replenishment and cycle counting.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to the development of efficient order processing procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of order information, including product details, quantities, pricing, and shipping information.

• Receive and review incoming orders from customers or sales representatives. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must for the role

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is necessary

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is required

• Experience with Billing Functions is necessary

• Knowledge of Claim Administration is required

• Familiarity with Collection Processes is necessary

• Strong Customer Service skills are essential
