Our client is looking for a take charge Accounts Payable Manager to train new hires, implement procedures, manage, grow and lead a team of A/P Specialists. The effective leader will have clear communication skills, be an active listener, have experience researching, evaluating, and solving issues, develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and employees and streamline processes. Responsibilities

• Train new hires, lead by example and manage the Accounts Payable team.

• Implement procedures to streamline the A/P process and make it more efficient.

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payment requests, coding, approval & quality checks.

• Manage the month-end & year-end A/P close

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and employees.

• Must be willing to work in the office everyday
