Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a 1st Shift Equipment Operator to join the Finishing Department at Corporate Graphics Commercial! You will be responsible for operating equipment that produces hardcover books. Your Responsibilities: Properly set up thecasemaker equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner Read and interpret work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule Maintain a clean and organized work area Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor Your Shift: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm You Must Have: Ability to set adjust machinery to required tolerances High degree of mechanical ability Ability to read and write English Basic mathematical skills & ability to read measurements with a ruler We Would Also Prefer: High School Diploma/GED 1+ year experience in production or as an equipment operator Good color discernment About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
