Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is in the marketing industry and requires the candidate to be highly organized and detail-oriented. As a Marketing Assistant, you will need to utilize various software like Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and CRM to execute your tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness

• Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign for crafting compelling advertisements

• Efficiently managing the company's database and CRM

• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns while adhering to budget processes

• Regularly updating company blogs to engage with the audience and promote our products

• Collaborating with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

• Analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies

• Coordinating with external agencies and vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign is essential.

• Experience utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

• Familiarity with database management.

• Ability to create compelling advertisements for various media platforms.

• Experience in blogging and creating engaging content.

• Understanding of brand awareness and strategies to enhance it.

• Knowledge of budget processes and financial planning.

• Experience in campaign planning and execution.

• Applicants must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in marketing.

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field is preferred.
