THE WORK YOU WILL DO:

As the HR Business Partner, you will serve as the administrator for several critical human resources functions.You will facilitate and communicate organization policies and programs and ensure labor law and regulatory compliance.You will be the one-stop-HR-shop for internal support and partnership to business lines to deliver required Human Resources care.

  • Be the face of HR and the heart of the People in our North Little Rock location supporting the SafeFoods Chemical Innovations and Pest Solutions on all People aspects of the company and supporting the team members you serve by being the champion for culture integration

  • Advocate for team member growth, development, and recognition throughout your brands

  • Monitor, support, and track performance metrics to measure impact of initiatives and to ensure the use of data assessment in communicating and applying a compelling, action-oriented plan

  • Communicate regularly with your business leaders and HR COE’s to ensure collaboration and alignment on the right priorities that address the unique challenges with your brands, demonstrating a high degree of teamwork and partnership across the HR function and all PSSI’s brands

  • Establish credibility and nurture a team approach throughout all levels of the assigned brands as well as with cross functional leaders and HR COE’s to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues while advocating innovation, communication, and alignment

  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of the people resources of the corporation

  • Provide tactical business partnership and feedback to all levels of the organization on all people-related issues

  • Deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth - including new-hire orientation delivery, new hire pre-boarding paperwork, reporting, talent assessment administration, and overall performance support for your brands

  • Travel within the community to enhance brand recognition, create community partnerships, and build networks to strengthen brand partnerships; also travel to the Enterprise Corporate Headquarters for scheduled meetings representing People for your assigned brands

  • Work in tandem with HR Centers of Excellence (COE’s) on all things compensation & benefits including cost of living, compensation planning, and benefit coordination

YOUR MUST HAVES:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you must have both high initiative and energy, be the picture of confidentiality, be a communicator like no other, and have mastered the art of bringing people together.In this role, we require:

  • An active Driver’s License and the ability to travel locally as needed

  • Associate Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related field, OR HR Certification OR at least 2 years of applicable experience

  • A COVID-19 vaccination or a legitimate accommodation is required to be employed in this position

  • Demonstrated analytical and logical thinking skills; must have used data to drive action

  • Due to the nature of this work, you must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

Additional skills, qualities, or experience that would help you be successful in this role will include:

  • Additional HR Certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)

  • Experience in AAP reporting and administration

  • Experience in project management, mentoring, coaching, and providing on-the-spot feedback

  • Strong influencing skills and an outstanding mentorship track record

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on driving results

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This position is based in an office-environment.PPE is required when entering certain parts of the facility as the facility contains chemicals and heavy equipment.Walking, standing, sitting, and computer work are all required in this environment.
