Position Summary

This position ensures routing, structure, and inventory accuracy.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Processes new manufacturing parts by assigning lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, and creating routing and material structures as needed.

  • Performs accuracy audits of routings, structures, and inventory. Conducts inventory audits (cycle counts) as specified by the cycle counting process. Conducts routine audits of part data, routings, and material structures as specified by the auditing process. Audits all transaction-related processes as directed.

  • Facilitates or assists in continuous improvement activities resulting from process and data audits. Researches the causes of errors, and makes recommendations for corrective action.

  • Assists and serves as back up with scheduling and planning processes, as well as in processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders as needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience working in quality control. Other desired qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Preferred Education: Some coursework after high school

  • Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the construction industry as a supplier, contractor, or office support function

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Email, Spreadsheet, Word Processor)

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills
