System One is actively seeking a Entry Level Package Inspector for a 4-month contract position located in North Kingstown, RI.

Package Inspector Responsibilities:

• Provide quality service to our customers by the internal auditing of their mail kit product to ensure that the highest production and quality is achieved according to established standards and procedures.

• Generate non-conformance reports to management.

• Provide feedback to the QA manager of any excessive errors discovered during the auditing process.

• Provide support to production floor on inspection/segregation of non-conforming products.

• Validate new products/portfolios.

• Audits jobs from Data Card, Hand Fulfillment and Auto Inserting departments.

• Maintain an understanding of the Company’s JAAMS system for departments audit input procedures. Hands-on knowledge and usage of job tracking system.

• Maintain a positive attitude and understanding toward fellow co-workers.

• Must be flexible with working nights and weekends as this may be required for major projects.

• Ensure conformance to vision, mission, and values of the company.

  Package Inspector Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be proficient in QA procedures.

• Must be detail oriented and highly focused to meet the customers’ expectations.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• 6 months + Quality Inspector experience preferred.

• 1 year Machine Operator experience preferred.

• 1 - 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment is required.

  Work schedule: 1st Shift

  Work Location: North Kingstown, RI 02852

  Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hr.

  Contract Duration: 4-months.
