Job Description
As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will support the organization’s talent development service area, shared services, and technical teams in developing and growing employees, leaders, and managers to build a strong, diverse workforce to foster an innovative and productive workplace. In addition, you will perform routine talent development assignments while using knowledge of the organization, processes, and procedures to develop solutions. Other responsibilities may include succession planning, employee and leadership development, team development, assessment tools, curriculum design, facilitation, training and development needs analysis, and training workshops.

Proficient in instructional design strategies
Experience in eLearning training development
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar tools is a plus
Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills
Ability to build professional relationships
Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Supports team members using guidelines and policies
Minimum 3 years’ experience in talent development
A bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, business administration, or a related area is preferred. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required
