Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks on electrical and pneumatic systems, ensuring their proper functioning, and assisting with general maintenance duties. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical and pneumatic systems and be able to work effectively with others while following directions. Familiarity with PLC controllers is highly desirable.

Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues. - Troubleshoot and repair electrical and pneumatic system malfunctions promptly and efficiently. - Collaborate with team members to carry out maintenance tasks and ensure smooth operations. - Follow detailed instructions and work orders to perform maintenance activities accurately and safely. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections. - Assist in general maintenance duties, such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and equipment cleaning. - Coordinate with external contractors or suppliers as needed for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks. - Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices pertaining to electrical and pneumatic systems. - Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent qualification. - Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting. - Strong knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques. - Familiarity with PLC controllers and their operation is highly desirable. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions from supervisors. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proactive approach to maintenance tasks and ability to prioritize work effectively. - Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external contractors. - Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions if required. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
