Coordinate training, evaluation and validation processes for all production new hires and employees in new roles. The Operation Trainer will facilitate training, maintain records, and perform skills validations per plant standards.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate training and re-training plans as necessary for employee new to role.

  • Evaluate and validate workers are thoroughly trained and qualified for current role per.

  • Maintain training curriculum and agendas for all associate positions.

  • Create and maintain training materials using Microsoft Office and Alchemy.

  • Facilitate Alchemy training for new employees during on-boarding.

  • Stay up-to-date on all Computer Based Training (CBT)

  • Engage associates in the creation and maintenance of training material and other training aides

  • Actively Involved in Continuous Improvement Efforts to support plant

  • Provide and react to metrics that will assist plant operations in prioritizing training and development needs as well as providing a means to ensure that the programs remain intact over time.

  • Conduct internal systems audits as required

  • Act as safe behavior example for team

  • Follow the Company’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Safety Policy including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and Code of Ethics, as well as all material handling, dock and security safety.

  • Cover all shifts for training, evaluations, and validations as necessary.

  • Safely and accurately perform all duties as required for this position to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

  • Serve as a culture change agent by leveraging influential authority with employees and stakeholders. Model safe behavior examples and behavior expected of Treehouse leaders.

  • All other duties as assigned.
