We are offering an opportunity in the manufacturing industry located in North Coventry Township, Pennsylvania. The position is a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Job Information RPD Clerk I - Market A. As part of the team, you will be expected to coordinate various accounting activities, manage customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Execute accounting activities for several vendors and lessees to maintain an accurate administration.

• Import and control transactions in the general and subsidiary ledgers in accordance with financial administrative procedures and guidelines.

• Guarantee correct and timely pay-outs of investments and other payments to partners.

• Ensure timely registration and allocation of incoming rentals and other lease payments.

• Oversee the filing and archiving of financial documents in accordance with financial guidelines and legal storage time requirements.

• Support the accounting process through the collection, entry, and archiving of financial data.

• Manage high volumes of emails and respond in a timely and concise manner.

• Handle decision-making processes around lease payment management, billing, collecting, invoicing, and customer communication.

• Experience with handling high volume environments and processing over 100+ items per day is beneficial.

• Utilize skills in Customer Service, Data Entry, Reporting, Microsoft Excel, Invoice, Payment Processing, Human Resources (HR) Administration, Accounts Receivable (AR), Audit, About Time, Billing, Vendors, Perform Ad Hoc Financial, Filing, Financial Notes, Oracle, Partners, Storage, Onsite, Decision-Making, Archiving, Investments, Remittance, and Legal Requirements.

Requirements • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle

• Competence in data entry and reporting

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience with invoice processing and payment processing

• Familiarity with human resources administration and accounts receivable

• Knowledge of audit procedures

• Ability to manage relationships with vendors and partners

• Experience in performing ad hoc financial tasks

• Proficiency in filing and archiving

• Understanding of legal requirements in a manufacturing setting

• Ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively

• Experience with onsite storage systems

• Familiarity with investment strategies

• Proficiency in keying and remittance processes

• Ability to adhere to all legal requirements in financial dealings

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
