Job Description
This position has accountability for a team of Managers and Specialists within Global Labeling Operation. This includes responsibility for labeling operations for specific products, manufacturing sites and geographic regions. Team responsibility for shared label management strategy, packaging, and artwork strategy, launch project management, planning and coordination of artwork projects, forecasting and periodic business reviews with core stakeholders. Business Process Ownership.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 to10 Global Labeling Operations Managers and Specialists
Provide strategic and tactical leadership for labeling programs for specific products, brands, geographic regions, or packaging sites
Own Labeling Operations activities specific to shared label management strategy, packaging, and artwork strategy, launch project management, planning and coordination of artwork projects, forecasting as well as periodic reviews with manufacturing and regulatory partners.
Deliver a continuous improvement culture and drive initiatives; lead and participate in improvement initiatives and projects
Reports and analyzes key department metrics and creates plans to improve performance.
Drive labeling intelligence with cross functional partners
Responsible for effective coordination and collaboration with global cross functional teams to ensure artwork is made available for submissions and production.
Set clear team goals in alignment with the organizational goals and objectives
Responsible for effective planning of resources and management of day-to-day labeling activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain and minimum of 8 years' experience in Operations, Regulatory or Quality environment.
Demonstrated capability to work in a complex global environment with direct reports in various countries
Excellent leadership and people management/development skills are required
Proven capability to manage and implement change management programs
Ability to interact successfully in a diverse global environment and with senior level
management to effectively influence and manage change
Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of management and personnel.
Demonstrated success in negotiating skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Understands Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain aspects of labeling and impact of non-compliance
Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical, Device, Device/Combo Products, specifically regulations and standards affecting the Packaging and Labeling Quality System

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
