EPA Certified Facilities Technician

• Focusing on refrigeration maintenance and repair

• Commercial and LI experience – cafeteria experience, grocery store, restaurants

• EPA license universal

• 5-7 Years Commercial Refrigeration (any industry within Light Industrial)

*Universal EPA Licenses

*Drivers Licenses (Will be going from site to site using service Vehicles)

• Hours: 6AM-2:30PM Mon-Friday

• Commercial Refrigeration exp (If only residential exp. candidate won’t be prioritized)

*Uniforms are provided and PPE (Once candidate is identified will require sizing)

• OT Available, not mandatory

• Open to candidates willing to relocate at their own expense, local is a preference

• Onsite interview

Position Title: Facilities Technician III

Length of Contract: 1 year ( Possibility for extension)

Location/Site: AP32, 1 N Waukegan Road

100% Onsite, or Hybrid Onsite Schedule: onsite

Description:

Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace. Responsibilities focus on operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of refrigeration equipment.

Experience Level = 5-7 Years Commercial Refrigeration (Any industry)

Education: Associate in HVAC or High School with 6 yrs exp.

Pay Details: $38.00 per hour
