Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Associate Director of Human Capital Planning. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise strategy to enhance our company's human capital planning capabilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, Finance and leading Change Management across the business, in addition to possessing advanced capabilities in Business Case development, verbal and visual storytelling, and stakeholder influencing. Prior experience in Management Consulting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the enterprise strategy to enhance the company's human capital planning capabilities.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Business Leadership to identify and prioritize key initiatives and projects related to human capital planning.

  • Create a compelling business case for ROI, demonstrating the value and impact of investing in human capital planning initiatives.

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for the future of human capital planning within the organization.

  • Tell the story of our human capital planning efforts in a compelling manner, effectively communicating the benefits and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Business Leadership to align human capital planning initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and track the effectiveness of human capital planning initiatives, and discuss metrics with leadership.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of human capital planning initiatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human capital planning, and incorporate relevant insights into our strategy and approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience supporting a corporate function (ex. HR, Finance, Procurement, IT). 3+ of presenting and working with Senior level / Executive stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in management consulting, finance, and/or HR, with a focus on human capital planning.

  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate complex and rapidly changing environments.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story and engage diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across HR, Finance, and Business Leadership.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in human capital planning.

  • Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., HR, finance, project management) are a plus.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
