DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level III (Trainer) to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in North Charleston, SC.

Achieving Production Goals : Operating equipment proficiently and meeting production targets will contribute to the overall productivity and success of the team.
Coaching and Mentoring : Instructing and coaching less experienced team members will enhance team capability and knowledge sharing.
Maintaining Equipment and Work Area : Keeping the work area clean and performing routine maintenance will ensure smooth operations and reduce downtime.
Collaborating with Teams : Effective communication and collaboration with peers and support teams will drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and processes.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
Able to use Calipers, gage and tool to measure parts
Able to use pneumatic tools
Able to run and troubleshooting a CNC machine
Able to use training techniques to teach process to new operators
Able to read, improve and suggest ideas for work standard
