Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician! We are seeking skilled individuals proficient in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance experience repairing manufacturing machinery, troubleshooting PLCs and preventative maintenance. salary: $52,000 - $65,000 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 11 PM - 7 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machines and mechanical/electrical equipment to diagnose source of problem

• Perform repairs and upgraded with hand tools and/or power tools using safe work practices

• Replace broken or defective parts

• Perform calibrations on equipment according to written procedure

• Document maintenance activities and equipment repairs

• Conducts housekeeping activities in work area

• Must be able to work in team environment

• Lockout/Tagout and safety knowledge/training required

• Multi-skilled/cross-trained in electrical/mechanical/hydraulic & pneumatic required

• Working knowledge of PLC systems and Drives preferred

• Working knowledge of robot systems

• Welding and fabrication experience is preferred

• Experience with maintenance databases preferred

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 45lbs

• standing for 6 hours at one time
