The role
- JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for developing, executing total rewards strategy for Americas Region. Role drives strategic planning, implementation of reward, benefits solutions to attract, retain, motivate top talent, while ensuring competitiveness in the market.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work closely with Sr leadership/global peers, by providing strategic direction to development of pay, reward, recognition, mobility, and benefits strategies to ensure best practices, alignment to Global P&C Strategy
Create, implement the Company’s reward/benefits strategies, plans, actions, aligned with global reward strategy
Represent America’s region in contributing to design, delivery, embedding of global reward/benefits strategies
Develop, reward/benefits policies, governance frameworks that support competitive employment offer while reducing organization cost, risk
Promote, alignment, standardization in reward practice globally
Work closely with key stakeholders to lead global reward modernization agenda to enable Company to create ‘world-class practice’ – leading market, competitors in attracting, developing, retaining high-performing talent
Define America’s region benefits proposition, seeking opportunities to pool existing benefit suppliers (e.g., 401k, medical, dental, vision)
Design change management plans to support modernization
Work closely with key stakeholders to review, recommend, approve changes to reward/benefit programs with governance framework. Improve advanced compensation capability in Workday to streamline reward activities
Partner with colleagues to implement, change management principles to identify, implement actionable insights of continuous improvement in operating practices
Support team members to optimize individual, team, business performance, delivering P&C agenda reward/benefits agenda, managing change, providing effective, commercial advice aligned to outcomes
Work collaboratively with P&C team/wider P&C team to effectively identify best utilize materials
Lead local expertise for key reward/benefits imperatives such as pay transparency, job evaluation, benefits plan to maintain competitiveness compliance, consistency, fairness
Work closely with key stakeholders to review, recommend changes to reward/benefit programs, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks
Provide advice, problem solving to leadership on reward/benefits programs, annual reward/benefit processes
Develop global standards, templates for all relevant reward & benefit programs aligned with global programs where locally relevant, create, maintain local reward communication materials
Active member of P&C community to ensure global reward policies remain globally consistent, locally relevant
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Key accountabilities
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related Field of Study
10+ years related work experience:
Managing, developing total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, incentive programs, equity plans
Leading total rewards function at a senior level, with a focus on strategic planning and implementation
Designing and managing global or regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations across multiple regions
Leading and implementing large-scale change management initiatives related to compensation, benefits, or rewards modernization
In-depth knowledge and experience managing compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits in different markets
HR technology and systems (Workday), particularly in managing compensation and benefits modules to streamline processes.
Managing budgets and financial forecasting related to compensation and benefits.
7+ Years directmanagement/leadershipexperience
Must be 21 years of age or older
Knowledge of expertise in reward and benefits, with understanding of international trends and developments in these areas. Strong knowledge of strategic planning, decision-making within a global context. Significant experience in developing innovative approaches to complex problems in international organizations. Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) Workday HCM and Benefits platform
Skilledin:

Strong strategic thinking, with ability to collaborate effectively with senior professionals to develop major programs

Travel Domestic/International up to 20%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field of study
Experience: Experience managing global total rewards programs, particularly in multinational corporations, with an understanding of international compensation practices and compliance requirements. Experience using data analytics to drive decision-making in compensation and benefits
License / Certifications: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Advanced Certified Compensation Professional (ACCP)
Languages: Ability to Read, Write, Speak Spanish Fluently
Skills & experience
Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves moderate to heavy weight objects (10-50 lbs.).
Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills
Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.
