Join us inconnecting people to commerce in this vital, rewardingrole. Position Overview: Designs, develops, improves and ensures effective application of product-specific manufacturing processes. Contributes to all aspects of manufacturing process design, including plant layout, tool design, material selection, machinery controls and installation of capital equipment. Supports product / project operations by continuously improving quality, safety, flow of materials and process efficiency. Evaluates processes, procedures, equipment capacity and capability and layout and recommends steps to ensure process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts. Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment. Creates and maintains work instructions and manufacturing specifications. Verifies quality control conformance to drawings and specifications. Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions. Inspects and verifies machinery performance. Develops manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control. Works with engineering on design concepts and specification requirements. Ensures processes and procedures comply with company and regulatory requirements. Assist floor personnel with training as new products transition into production. Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree and 2-4 years\' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Willingness to work in a manufacturing operation environment, with ability to stand, walk, kneel, or sit at a desk for long periods of time Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry and lift up to 50lbs Willingness to travel up to 10% Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft teams, is preferred.
