By joining our team, you will be part of the Service department . This department is responsible for ensuring our systems at customers are operational and run smoothly, so our customers are able to run production. By means of regular in field maintenance, quick response to defects and reliable remote support, the team ensures our customers can continuously rely on our systems.

You support our success by:

  • Performing periodic and corrective maintenance of systems at the customer site;

  • Traveling internationally to visit our customers, up to 80 percent of the working time;

  • Detecting and solving malfunctions and complaints in terms of electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, software and process technical parameters;

  • Advising customers on the effective deployment of system upgrades and spare parts;

  • Solving malfunctions and customer complaints by telephone and email;

  • Repairing systems and spare parts in our workshop and keeping machine lists up-to-date;

  • Reporting structural issues and findings for improvement and preparing service reports;

  • Being the ambassador at the customer site.

    Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor degree in technical studies;

  • Ability to travel internationally for a maximum of three weeks, mostly one or two weeks;

  • Minimum of 2-3 years working experience with international customers;

  • Experience in terms of mechatronics, pneumatics and electronics;

  • Experience with laser technology and software is a plus;

  • Excellent written and spoken English is required, Dutch and additional languages are a plus;

  • Since this position includes (international) travel and fieldwork, you must possess or can acquire a valid passport.
