Description

Government Office looking for a Human Resource Coordinator

  • Handle administrative tasks

  • Process requests from employees (e.g., verifications, public record requests)

  • Schedule drug tests

  • Scan and organize HR files

  • Organize the HR department as it is

  • Perform day-to-day HR tasks

  • Support payroll functions

    Requirements

Experience in HR or Administrative Roles

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative or coordinator position.

  • Familiarity with employee verification, public record requests, and payroll support.

  1. Organizational Skills

  • Ability to efficiently organize files, documents, and HR department processes.

  • Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  1. Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and external parties for verifications, drug test scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
