Ability to learn basic to intermediate applications in MS office, Excel Word and Power Point Assist in the training of new employees Complete other, unspecified tasks as assigned by Lead Manufacturing Superintendent Motivating employees to achieve goals and standards and holding production employees accountable. Achieving quality and productivity in a safe work environment Good listening skills along with good verbal and written communications skills Participate in the evaluation of new employees and employees who accept posted bid jobs providing input to Supervision Participate with manpower and the movement of manpower The ability to coach and encourage employees to maximize their skills Provide positive coaching Identify critical control points in the proces Willingness to learn and perform process troubleshooting USDA guidelines and requirements Ability to learn all production departments and how they operate and function Ability to learn and complete all necessary paperwork that is required Willingness to be coachable to further your career Must be available for all three shifts Other duties as assigned. This is an on-site position.
