Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. The role will primarily involve assisting with the transition to a new financial system, NetSuite, and helping manage the associated workload. The successful candidate will be a key member of our finance department, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the transition to the NetSuite system

• Conduct account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation tasks

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

• Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis

• Prepare and post journal entries as required

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting

• Ensure the completion of month-end close procedures efficiently

• Apply knowledge of Oracle and SAP in managing financial tasks

• Ensure all financial tasks and procedures comply with company policies and regulations Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of General Ledger operations

• Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Month End Close operations

• Knowledge of NetSuite software

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
