Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Service Partner Recruiting Associate in the construction/contractor industry. This role will be based in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, 02760, United States. As a Service Partner Recruiting Associate, you will be tasked with engaging in outbound calling, building relationships with service providers, and ensuring the providers meet the necessary requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in cold calling to recruit service partners

• Build and maintain relationships with service partners, fostering an environment of open communication and steady interaction

• Follow up with service partners who have not responded, ensuring their continued interest

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance service delivery

• Qualify service providers by verifying the necessary equipment and insurance for services, specifically for snow removal

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Manage data entry and order entry tasks as required

• Schedule appointments with service partners to discuss contracts and other related matters

• Engage in outbound sales activities, leveraging your sales skills to drive business growth

Requirements

• Proficiency in making outbound calls, handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently

• Expertise in call center customer service, providing excellent customer service at all times

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed

• Proficiency in email correspondence, maintaining professional communication at all times

• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of resources

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in outbound sales and sales calls, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction or contractor industry

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
