We are in a state of reinvention and the Sr. Program Manager will be part of a team tasked with building a Talent function that takes Watts through its next 150 years. As the Sr. Program Manager, you will support global learning and talent management projects, and lead the successful rollout of core talent processes like Performance and Engagement. Under the guidance of the Senior Director, Talent, you will work across the learning lifecycle, from leading needs analyses to designing programs for global audiences and measuring behavioral change.

You Will:

  • Manage portfolios of learning programs for individual contributor , manager , and director employee populations. 

  • Consult with leaders to determine learning needs, translating business strategy into talent strategy.

  • Design transformational learning programs, using your knowledge of the business, employee populations, and adult learning theory

  • Partner with global HR team members to lead program rollouts and support colleagues in other regions.

  • Ensure Learning Management System programs are created and registrations are captured, while also being a part of a project team that evaluates and implements a new LMS in the future.

  • Lead the standardization of tools and usage from 360's to psychometric assessments.  

  • Signature events: We want to make learning fun. Other signature learning events such as Community Learning Days, hackathons, and business competitions will also fall under your scope.

  • Design and launch global learning experiences that foster a culture of learning. Watts' signature learning events include Community Learning Days, hackathons, and business competitions, but we are always looking for new moments of inspiration.

  • Be the main program lead, and manage the rollout of important annual programs.  

  • Work globally to guarantee a smooth launch of goal setting, regular check-ins, and a year-end review.  

  • Oversee employee engagement survey administration and help our leaders interpret results and action plan.  

    You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of experience and education from which comparable knowledge and skills have been achieved.

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience 

  • Experience with project management and change management methodologies.

  • Experience working or partnering on Learning and Talent Management programming. 

  • Advanced computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Up to 10% travel required

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Work Environment :

    Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
