Title: QC Chemist

Location: Norristown PA

Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:00pm

Type: 6-month contract to hire

Overview:

Our client a manufacturing company in Norristown PA is looking for Chemistry Lab Technician to add to their team. Great opportunity to grow your professional knowledge!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the laboratory follows the correct procedures.

• Acquire testing samples

• Test product as required for adherence to specifications.

• Provide timely and accurate testing of assigned materials.

• Record work performed along with results in a clear and understandable manner, so that all can understand.

• Report and document all incidents. Use CAPA and Root Cause Analysis to determine cause and prevention.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science

• 1-2 years minimum experience in a QC Lab role

• Math and mechanical aptitude

• Must be able to perform activities that include climbing, bending at waist, stoo ping, and kneeling, crouching, reaching, crawling, handling, feeling, and hearing, talking, and seeing.
