Job Description:
This role is a 100% onsite at the location on the req
M-F and Saturdays as business needs arise - Sunday"s off
Shifts: 6AM - 2:30 PM, 2PM - 10:30PM and 10 - 6:30AM. Half hour non billable lunch please be sure to put all shift availability at top pf resume.
Please ensure all candidates have 10 years of experience as Tool and DIE Techs.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive Maintenance on Thermoplastic Injection, Slush and Moonfoam Tooling, and/or Automotive Stamping Dies.
Troubleshoot tooling and/or Stamping process issues.
Troubleshoot processing issues perform Mold and/or Die Repairs and Engineering changes that include welding and hand finishing.
Make replacement components for both Tooling and Production equipment.
Use of mobile equipment (Crane, Fork Truck and Tugger)
Perform basic Administrative Duties including computer data entry and ordering parts.
Ability to work any shifts.
This is what you"ll need:
Completion of Tool & Die or Mold making training program or relevant work experience.
Understanding of Thermoplastic Injection Molding and/pr progressive stamping process
Experience with standard tool room machines
5 year Mold and/or Die repair or Mold making experience.
Proficient in working complex three dimensional surfaces.
Tig welding experience, Arc welding experience
Ability to read blue prints
Injection Molding processing experience
CNC Machining experience with G-code programming capability
Microsoft office literate.
