Sr. Quality Engineers with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Normal, IL. Responsible for delivery of future program deliverables and vehicle level customer excellence targets. Build in Customer Quality learnings into forward model programs through robust process development. Measure forward model programs ability to achieve proposed customer excellence targets before launch. Prioritize and drive cross-functional process and product improvement actions to deliver quality KPIs. Program lifecycle warranty return issue management and prioritization for problem solving. Analyze quality, warranty, pre-delivery inspection, customer satisfaction data and report investigation results. Liaison between Rivian teams Service, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Reliability to lead continuous quality improvements based on customers feedback. Lead workstreams necessary to meet both internal and external quality objectives.\ \ RQMTS: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in any occupation involving Quality Engineering. Experience must include working with management tools, planning tools, and quality tools for preventive and corrective actions; performing audit processes for planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and follow-up; utilizing AIAG, DFMEA, PFMEA, and related tools; and use problem-solving capabilities for quality improvements.
