Lifelong Access is seeking a full-time Clinical Services Scheduler. This position performs a critical role in facilitating the scheduling and coordination of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions for pediatric clients. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with clients/families, therapists, and other staff members to ensure that therapy sessions run smoothly and efficiently. At times this position will also be expected to support the team in performing Behavior Technician duties (training will be provided), including providing direct one-on-one or group ABA therapy to individuals with autism or other developmental disorders under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Primary responsibilities include:

Schedule and maintain updated client schedules for the ABA program including scheduling of ABA staff and clients. Work closely with clients/families, ABA therapists, clinical supervisors, and other staff to optimize scheduling processes. Address scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and find solutions to ensure minimal disruption to therapy services.

Schedule rooms and locations for individual clients and their respective therapists.

Perform a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to: copying, filing, organizing or other tasks to assist in fulfilling BCBA treatment plans for clients.

Collaborate with team members to establish and streamline onboarding schedules for new hires. Provide backup support to Lead RBT Trainer as needed.

Provide direct behavioral support work when needed.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.

Qualificationsfor this position include:

High school diploma or GED required, with some relevant experience working in a clinical office environment.

Previous experience in working with children who have special needs preferred.

Experience working as a behavioral technician would be a bonus.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to comprehend scheduling and documentation systems

Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to provide positive customer service experience.

Demonstrated ability and willingness to promote a positive work environment.

Ability to work with a high level of independence in prioritizing responsibilities and adapting to changing conditions.

Ability to work with distractions and interruptions in the work environment.

Strong organizational skills.

Valid Illinois drivers license with safe driving record.

Current proof of automobile insurance.

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will generally wo k in a clinical office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. A typical work week will include a flexible daytime work schedule, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and/or weekend work as needed to support the program.
