Job Summary

The Associate Dean for Accreditation and Operations (ADAO) for the College of Business (COB) is a full-time Administrative Professional position reporting to the Dean of the College of Business. The Associate Dean for Accreditation and Operations oversees the College of Business\'s everyday operations, technology, finance and budgets, accreditation, and assurance of learning.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate

\$19,000 - \$20,000 per month

Preferred Qualifications

1. The ability to foster collaboration and make effective decisions in complex situations.\ 2. Excellent written and verbal communication to convey ideas, manage conflict, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.\ 3. A clear understanding of the business schools goals and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.\ 4. Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management to ensure the efficient operation of the business school.\ 5. Willingness to work effectively with other departments within the university, alumni, and industry partners to build strong external relationships.\ 6. Ability to navigate changing market trends, new technologies, and evolving educational needs.\ 7. Ability to create and use complex spreadsheets and databases.\ 8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to complete large volumes of work.\ 9. Ability to complete multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Functional Expectations

Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:\ 1. Remain at a workstation for extended periods\ 2. Move about in various locations on and off campus as needed to complete day-to-day work\ 3. Effectively communicate on a daily basis
