Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team to support a large healthcare client in documenting systems administration guides for future users. The ideal candidate will work closely with program managers and development teams to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of healthcare professionals. This role is critical in ensuring that the system's functionalities are accurately represented and easily understood by end users.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the healthcare or technology industries.

• Strong understanding of documentation methodologies and best practices.

• Familiarity with healthcare systems and processes is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

• Attention to detail 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in the healthcare or technology industries. null
